There’re Topbar Switter on/off avalible. All of them can be configured in
Appearance → Customise → Roiser Customizer  → Header Topbar Settings

Note: Here are two ways to add a header. Elementor or our default header system. If you want to use an elementor header. then please on header custom switch. and design your header.
